completed three days work in the lashing rain. Roof looks brand new. Cleaned tiles, Repointed, fixed hole that was causing a leak, replaced damaged tiles and a broken vent (replaced). Insulated the attic and fixed an outdoor water waste pipe. Missed one small canopy over the front windows that was tiled, but came back immediately (within two days) to clean it. Strong customer focus.
