Brendan and his company did a fantastic job replacing the rotten timber batting front and back as well as replacing broken/cracked tiles. They also repointed the ridge capping and installed three air vents. They also installed new breathable felt. We had no idea that the roof was in such a state of disrepair. They were very professional and kept us fully informed throughout the repairs. They arrived when they said they would and spent two days on the job. They worked in a way that was unobtrusive and were a very pleasant bunch to deal with. It was a bigger job than previously thought but Brendan discussed what he was planning with us and did nothing without consulting us first. The roof is now bone dry and guaranteed for five years. Brendan said to contact him anytime if we are worried about the roof and made sure that we were happy with the job that they did.
